Transfer Airport – Arusha town: 1 hour. After arrival our transfer guide will meet and welcome you, then pick you up at either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for relaxation and overnight. Before reaching the hotel if time allows feel free to explore Arusha city with our guide for free. Nestled at the foot of Mount Meru, Arusha is known as the safari capital of northern Tanzania. The city serves as a perfect base for exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, including the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro and the renowned Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti National Parks. Transfer Arusha – Central Serengeti: 5 hours. We will pick you up from your hotel and start the scenic journey to the world-renowned Central Serengeti. Upon arrival, you will enjoy an exciting game drive with packed lunch boxes, giving you the chance to spot wildlife as you enter the heart of the park. After the game drive, we will transfer you to your camp for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay surrounded by the beauty of the Serengeti. The Central Serengeti stands as the heart of the park, known for its vast open plains and abundant wildlife that roams freely across the landscape. This region is particularly famous for its impressive herds of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes, which create unforgettable scenes as they move gracefully through the grasslands. The rich ecosystem and year-round water sources make Central Serengeti one of the most reliable places for exceptional game viewing. Accommodation: Serengeti Classic View Camp - Mid range. Transfer Serengeti – Ngorongoro: 2 hours. Today wake up early and enjoy magic game drives in Central Serengeti Park, then in the afternoon departure to Ngorongoro for overnight at the accommodation located inside Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This gives you a chance to depart and descend inside the Crater next day in early morning and see many animals when they are still more active. The Ngorongoro Region is known for its stunning natural beauty and rich wildlife. It includes the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, which is one of the best places in Africa to see a large concentration of animals in a natural setting. Accommodation: Ang'ata Ngorongoro Camp – Mid range. Ang'ata Ngorongoro Camp is set on the Eastern side of the Ngorongoro Crater’s rim close to the Crater lodge. The accommodation consists of eight guest tents, including a family unit tent equipped with en-suite bathrooms, showers, vanity desks and flush toilets. Meal basis: Full Board - Dinner, Bed, Breakfast and Lunch.
Transfer to Airport – For your international flight. After breakfast, you’ll descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a final, unforgettable game drive. International flights, Tanzania visa, travel insurance, alcoholic and soft drinks at the lodges, laundry, tipping and personal expenses. Optional extras such as a hot air balloon ride, walking safari, night game drive or cultural visit can be arranged at additional cost.
June to October is the main dry season and the easiest time for game viewing. January to March is also excellent, with calving on the southern plains. The parks are open year round and we tailor the routing to the season.
